Shipping Rates

• Canada: Free shipping on orders over CA$100 · CA$12.99 standard rate
• United States: Free shipping on orders over CA$250 · CA$19.99 standard rate
• International: CA$99.99 flat rate per order

All orders are shipped from our Surrey, BC location. Delivery times are 3–7 business days within Canada, 5–10 business days to the USA, and 10–21 business days internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding statutory holidays.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Opened products are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations
• Perishable or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
