How I Discovered the Power of Natural Wellness. My journey into natural health began at age 40, during what I now recognize as one of the most challenging periods of my life. I found myself completely drained of energy – so exhausted that I needed to rest the entire weekend just to gather enough strength to face Monday morning and somehow survive another work week.
That's when fortune smiled upon me, and I discovered the incredible healing power of deep breathing qigong. This ancient practice didn't just restore my energy; it opened my eyes to a whole new world of natural health possibilities.
A Life-Long Passion is Born
What started as a desperate search for solutions became my life-long passion. I became obsessed with learning the secrets of longevity and vibrant health. But more than that, I felt a deep calling to share these life-changing principles with others, while never stopping my own journey of learning and discovery.

When my wife and I purchased Surrey Natural Foods in 2011, it felt like the natural next step in my wellness journey. It wasn't just a business opportunity – it was a chance to create a hub where people could access the tools, knowledge, and products that could transform their health just like they had transformed mine.
My Mission Today
Today, at 69 years young on this amazing planet, I'm more determined than ever to use everything I've learned to help others achieve optimal health. My goal? To keep sharing this knowledge and supporting people's wellness journeys for as long as I'm alive – and I'm planning on that being at least until I'm 120!
