Instructions: The Stone Cleanse is an easy and simple 7 day cycle. The active time is over night from 6pm of day 6 to 10 am of day 7. Usually a minimum of 12 Stone Cleanses is required at 2 or 3 week intervals. After obtaining 2 Stone Cleanes with no gallstones at all cleanse again at 3 and/or 6 months – if still clear, then Stone Cleanse once a year to be your test.
