You may return unopened items* purchased from Surrey Natural Foods for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund** with your original receipt and valid photo identification.

*Excluded items where all sales are final:

• Heat-sensitive/refrigerated items

• Special order items

• Opened supplements or vitamins Personal care items and cosmetics

• Books (unless in sellable condition with no signs of wear)

• Clearance/sale products

• Products that have expired in customer's possession

**Return shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund total for online orders.

Return Requirements -

In-Store Returns:

• Original receipt required (no exceptions)

• Valid government-issued photo identification required

• Products must be unopened and in original packaging

• Must be within 30 days of purchase date

• Limit of 2 items per receipt for returns

Online Order Returns:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at (604) 584-3388 or email info@surreynaturalfoods.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2: Safely package items in sturdy packaging. Products must be received unopened and in new condition.

Step 3: Include the RMA number in your package.
