Return Policy -
You may return unopened items* purchased from Surrey Natural Foods for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund** with your original receipt and valid photo identification.
*Excluded items where all sales are final:

Opened supplements or vitamins Personal care items and cosmetics

Books (unless in sellable condition with no signs of wear)

Products that have expired in customer's possession
**Return shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund total for online orders.
Return Requirements -
In-Store Returns:

Original receipt required (no exceptions)

Valid government-issued photo identification required

Products must be unopened and in original packaging

Must be within 30 days of purchase date

Limit of 2 items per receipt for returns
Online Order Returns:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at (604) 584-3388 or email info@surreynaturalfoods.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Safely package items in sturdy packaging. Products must be received unopened and in new condition.
Step 3: Include the RMA number in your package.
Step 4: Ship to:

Step 5: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Refund Process -

In-Store Purchases: Refunds processed immediately to original payment method

Online Purchases: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items

Check Purchases over $50: May be issued as store credit or company check (allow 10-14 business days)

Credit Card Purchases: Refunded to original card used for purchase
Exchanges -

Size Exchanges: Free exchange for different size on clothing/accessories within 30 days

Product Exchanges: Must be equal or lesser value; price difference refunded

Damaged Items: Immediate replacement at no charge with proof of purchase

Store Credit Policy -
In some cases, refunds may be issued as Surrey Natural Foods store credit:

No expiration date on store credit

Can be used for any in-store or online purchase

Transferable to family members

No fees for issuing or using store credit
